How much does mediation cost?

Mediations are usually scheduled for a half-day (4 hours long). Cost may vary depending on the complexity of the case. Please call us so we can give you pricing.
Online mediations via zoom are less expensive than in-person mediations.
The total cost is usually split in half between the two parties.

Once all parties agree to mediate and each party has paid their portion of the cost, your appointment will be confirmed.

Can I reschedule my appointment if needed?

Sessions can be rescheduled at no charge if done so more than 48 hours prior to the mediation session

How does online Zoom mediation work for me?

Online zoom mediation is more efficient and is conducted via your phone/computer from a quiet, private place with internet access either in your home/office, or hotel room.
There is no need to buy any applications or subscriptions. Just download the free Zoom app for your device.
Signatures: When both parties are ready to sign the Mediated Settlement Agreement (MSA), the mediator will forward the MSA via email for E-signature.
